Just as our artisans pour their hearts into every handcrafted piece, we want your shopping experience with us to be filled with the same care and authenticity. While we hope you’ll adore your ethnic treasures as much as we do, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be needed.
Our Artisanal Return Philosophy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging (just as they left our atelier in Bordeaux).
Exceptions to Our Policy
To preserve the integrity of our handmade collections, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Boucles d’oreilles ethniques (earrings) – for hygiene reasons
- Bijoux ethniques marked as « Final Sale » or « Special Order »
- Any item that has been altered, customized, or damaged after delivery
The Return Process – As Simple as Choosing Your Favorite Ethnic Piece
- Initiate Your Return Request within 15 days of delivery by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line « Return Request – [Your Order Number] ». Use our template below to ensure we have all needed information.
- Wait for Approval – Our boho-chic team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Your Items Securely – Wrap them as carefully as we package our Nepalese wool accessories.
- Ship Your Return – You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable service.
- Await Processing – Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item
- PayPal refunds may take 1-2 additional days to appear in your account
International Returns
For our global community (excluding excluded regions), please note:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns
- Mark the package as « Returned Goods » to avoid additional charges
- We cannot refund the value of any original customs duties paid
